SeaWorld Orlando is working on a new flying theater attraction that will features scenes from the Arctic, the theme park announced Thursday.

The new multi-level flying theater, set to open in 2025, will include visuals from the air and below the Arctic’s frozen waters. There will be scenes of icy landscapes, the Aurora Borealis and remote parts of the Arctic.

Scenes will also feature various wildlife, including beluga whales, orcas and walruses.

“We are thrilled to introduce this first-of-its-kind attraction to SeaWorld Orlando,” said SeaWorld Orlando president Jon Peterson in a news release. “This indoor immersive flying theater experience reinforces our commitment to education, animal care and research.”

The attraction will include two multi-level theaters that can hold 30 visitors each. The experience will last 4 and a half minutes. The minimum height requirement will 39 inches.

“By bringing the wonders of the Arctic to life, we are offering guests an unparalleled and immersive experience that will create lasting memories for people of all ages,” Peterson said.

The flying theater attraction will join SeaWorld’s growing lineup of family-friendly attractions, including Penguin Trek, the indoor-outdoor coaster that opened this summer in the revamped Antarctica section of the park.
