SeaWorld Orlando has revealed some of the new menu items for its Seven Seas Food Festival along with the concert lineup.
The festival runs select dates from Jan. 31 and May 4.
The menu will include 190+ food and drink items inspired by dishes from around the world. Some of the new items include Jamaican Jerk Chicken from the Caribbean Market, a Flamin’ Hot Corn Dog from the All American Market, Garlic Toast Chicken Parmigiana at the Italian Market and Veggie Samosa at the Indian Market.
New desserts and cocktails have been added to the menu, including a Frozen Golden Margarita at Cafe De Mar, Pineapple Upside Down Cake from the Polynesian Market and Strawberry Pouffe at the Irish Market.
SeaWorld is also adding Friday nights to the concert schedule. This year’s performers include Boys Like Girls, Sara Evans, LeCrae, Luis Fonsi and ZZ Top.

SeaWorld plans to announce more performers at a later date. All concerts are held at Bayside Stadium and are included with park admission.
