All-female Universal Monsters house set for Halloween Horror Nights

Universal's Halloween Horror Nights will feature a house with all female monsters. (Universal)

A new haunted house coming to this year’s Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Florida will feature an all-female group of monsters.

Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines will put visitors in the middle of a battle between Saskia Van Helsing, The Bride of Frankenstein, Countess Marya (Dracula’s daughter), She-Wolf and the undead Egyptian princess Anck-Su-Namun.

The countess forms and allocate with She-Wolf and Anck-Su-Namun to avenge the death of her father who was killed by Van Helsing. Saskia, though, finds an unlikely ally in The Bride of Frankenstein.

Universal Studios Hollywood in California will get its own version of the house, which will include an original score composed by Slash.

For Florida, Eternal Bloodlines is the 10th house announced for this year’s event. The lineup also includes “Insidious: The Further,” “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire,” “A Quiet Place,” as well as original concepts Slaughter Sinema, Goblin’s Feast, Major Sweets Candy Factory, Monstruos: The Monsters of Latin America, Triplets of Terror and The Museum: Deadly Exhibits.

The after-hours event will also feature five themed scare zones.

Halloween Horror Nights runs select nights Aug. 30 through Nov. 3 at Universal Studios Florida.
